Shipping Policy

BiyoWellness Pte Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates https://biyowellness.com (“Website”). By placing an order through this Website, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below. These terms are intended to ensure transparency and mutual understanding regarding our shipping processes and responsibilities.

1. General

All orders are subject to product availability. While we make every effort to maintain accurate inventory levels on our website, discrepancies may occasionally occur. If an item you ordered is unavailable, we will fulfil the available portion of your order and contact you regarding the backordered item. You may choose to wait for restocking or request a refund for the unavailable product.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and delivery destination of your order. The shipping amount displayed at checkout is the final shipping charge payable for that order.

3. Returns

3.1 Change of Mind Returns

We accept returns due to change of mind provided that:

  • The return request is submitted within 30 days of receiving the item;

  • The product is unused;

  • The product is returned in its original packaging;

  • The item remains in resellable condition.

Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping.

Once we receive and approve the returned item, a refund will be issued in the form of store credit for future purchases. You will be notified by email once the refund has been processed.

Shipping fees originally paid are non-refundable.

4. Delivery Terms

4.1 Domestic Transit Time

Domestic orders are generally delivered within 2–7 business days.

4.2 International Transit Time

International shipments typically arrive within 4–22 business days. Delivery times vary depending on the selected courier and destination. More specific estimates may be available during checkout.

4.3 Dispatch Time

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2 business days after payment confirmation.

Our warehouse operates Monday through Friday during standard business hours, excluding public holidays. During holiday periods, dispatch times may be extended; however, we take reasonable steps to minimise delays.

4.4 Change of Delivery Address

Requests to modify the delivery address must be submitted before the order has been dispatched. Once dispatched, address changes cannot be guaranteed.

4.5 P.O. Box Deliveries

We ship to P.O. Box addresses via postal services only. Courier delivery is not available for these addresses.

4.6 Military Address Deliveries

We may ship to military addresses via postal services where applicable. Courier services may not be available for such addresses.

4.7 Items Out of Stock

If part of your order is temporarily unavailable, we may delay shipment until the full order is ready for dispatch. Available items will be reserved pending restock.

4.8 Delayed Deliveries

If your delivery exceeds the estimated timeframe, please contact us so we can investigate with the shipping provider.

5. Shipment Updates

Where available, tracking details may be provided after dispatch. For certain delivery methods, tracking may not be available. Delivery updates are subject to the policies and systems of the respective shipping provider.

6. Parcels Damaged in Transit

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery where possible and notify us immediately. If the parcel has already been accepted, please contact our customer service team for further assistance.

7. Duties and Taxes

7.1 Sales Tax

Where applicable, sales tax is included in the product pricing displayed on the Website.

7.2 Import Duties and Taxes

For international orders, import duties and taxes may be imposed upon arrival in the destination country. These charges vary by jurisdiction and are the responsibility of the customer.

If you decline to pay applicable duties or taxes and the parcel is returned to us, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

8. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled prior to dispatch. If your order has already been dispatched, please refer to our Refund Policy.

9. Insurance

Shipments are insured against loss or damage up to the value declared by the courier.

9.1 Damaged Parcels

Refunds or replacements for damaged parcels will be processed once the courier has completed its investigation.

9.2 Lost Parcels

If a parcel is deemed lost following courier investigation, we will arrange a replacement or refund accordingly.
